At Vapeera we want you to feel confident you’re getting a fair price. If you spot an identical product for less at another UK-based online retailer, let us know and we’ll check whether we can match it. Our Price Match Guarantee is simple to use, and the conditions below explain when it applies.
How it works
Before you place your order, get in touch on WhatsApp at 07345819856 or by email at info@vapeera.co.uk. Send us a link to the product page on the other retailer’s website, along with the item you want from us. We’ll check the details and, if your request meets the conditions, we’ll confirm the matched price and explain how to complete your order at that price.
Conditions
- The product must be identical: the same brand, model, flavour, nicotine strength and size.
- The product must be in stock at a UK-based online retailer at the time you contact us.
- We compare the total delivered price, including any delivery charges on both sites.
- The price must be the retailer’s current advertised price. We don’t match voucher or coupon prices, member-only prices, clearance prices, multi-buy or bundle prices, or prices on marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay.
- We may verify the price with the other retailer, and we may decline requests involving unauthorised sellers or obvious pricing errors.
- Quantity limits may apply.
- A matched price applies to a single order and can’t be combined with other offers or coupon codes.
Already ordered?
If you’ve already placed an order and then find the same product cheaper elsewhere, contact us within 48 hours of ordering with your order number and a link to the other retailer’s page. If the conditions above are met, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.
