FAQs

What e-liquid should I use in a refillable kit?

It depends on the coil. Kits with higher-resistance coils (1.0Ω and above) suit nic salts and 10ml freebase e-liquids for mouth-to-lung vaping. Kits with lower-resistance coils (below 1.0Ω) suit high-VG liquids such as shortfills.

How do I fill a refillable kit?

Open the fill port on the pod or tank, fill it slowly with e-liquid while avoiding the central airflow tube, then close it securely. Each product page and the kit's instructions show the fill method for that device.

Do I need to prime the coil?

Yes. Before using a new coil or pod, wet the coil with a few drops of e-liquid, fill up and wait around 5 minutes so the cotton soaks through. This helps prevent a burnt taste.

Can I return a refillable kit if I've used it?

Kits that have been filled with e-liquid or powered on can't be returned as unwanted. If a kit develops a manufacturing fault, it's covered by at least a 30-day warranty, so please contact us.

How often should I change the coil or pod?

This varies with how much you vape and the liquid you use. Change it when you notice a burnt taste or the flavour fades. Coil burnout is normal wear and isn't covered by the warranty.
