FAQs

What does VG/PG mean?

VG (vegetable glycerine) and PG (propylene glycol) are the base liquids in e-liquid. Higher PG liquids are thinner and suit mouth-to-lung devices; higher VG liquids, such as 70VG/30PG, are thicker and suit sub-ohm kits.

What is the maximum nicotine strength in the UK?

Nicotine e-liquid is limited to 20mg/ml and bottles of up to 10ml under UK TPD rules. Larger bottles are sold as nicotine-free shortfills.

How do I choose the right e-liquid for my kit?

Check your coil resistance. Coils of 1.0Ω or above generally suit nic salts and 10ml freebase liquids, while coils below 1.0Ω suit high-VG shortfills.

Can I return an e-liquid I don't like?

Unopened, sealed e-liquids can be returned within our returns period. Once a bottle has been opened, it can't be returned.

Do multi-buy offers apply to e-liquids?
