OXVA XLIM EZ Replacement Pods – 2ml

The OXVA XLIM EZ Replacement Pods are refillable cartridges designed for compatible devices across the OXVA XLIM Series.

Featuring an easy top-fill design, integrated coil, enhanced leak-resistant construction and multiple resistance options, the XLIM EZ pods provide a convenient replacement solution without the need to install separate coils.

Available in 0.4Ω, 0.6Ω, 0.8Ω and 1.2Ω, the range caters for both MTL and RDL vaping.

2ml UK/TPD Capacity

The UK/TPD version of the OXVA XLIM EZ Cartridge has a 2ml refillable e-liquid capacity.

OXVA also produces a 3ml international version, so the 2ml version is the appropriate option for UK/TPD listings.

Easy Top-Fill Design

The XLIM EZ Cartridge features a simple open, fill and close top-fill system.

A clearly visible filling port makes everyday refilling straightforward while helping minimise mess.

Integrated Coil Design

Each XLIM EZ cartridge contains an integrated coil.

There is no separate replaceable coil to install. Once the coil reaches the end of its usable life, the complete cartridge is replaced.

Returns

At Vapeera (vapeera.co.uk), we comply fully with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and statutory consumer rights to provide a transparent, hassle-free returns process.

Unwanted Items & 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you change your mind about an order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to return your items, and an additional 14 days to send them back to us.

Eligibility Conditions
  • Items must be unused, unsealed, and in the exact condition in which they were received.
  • Hardware, vape kits, and mods must include all original packaging, leaflets, accessories, and outer sleeves (as serial numbers and security scratch codes are printed on them). We cannot accept returns without the complete packaging.
Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)

Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened e-liquids and nic salts
  • Opened pods, coils, or disposable cartridges
  • Vape kits or atomiser tanks that have been unsealed, filled with e-liquid, or powered on
  • Drip tips and mouthpieces
  • Nicotine pouches with broken seals

Faulty Goods & Warranty

  • Dead on Arrival / Faulty Disposables: Any faulty disposable device must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. You may be required to supply photo/video evidence or return the unit for testing.
  • Hardware & Vape Kits: All vaping hardware is covered by a minimum 30-day warranty against manufacturing faults (many manufacturer warranties extend beyond this period).
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, e-liquid leaks caused by improper maintenance, coil burnout, or misuse.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request Authorization: Email info@vapeera.co.uk or call/WhatsApp 07345819856 with your Order Number, Item Name, and Reason for Return.
  2. Returns Slip: Once approved, we will provide returns instructions. Please include a slip with your Name, Order Number, and Email Address inside the package so our warehouse team can identify your parcel.
  3. Packaging: Pack your items securely. Obtain Proof of Postage with a tracked courier service, as Vapeera cannot take responsibility for parcels lost or damaged during transit back to us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to place a new order on our website for the replacement product and follow the standard returns procedure for a refund on the unwanted, unopened item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If an item is verified as faulty or sent in error, Vapeera will cover or reimburse your return postage costs.
  • Unwanted Items: You are responsible for the cost of return postage for unwanted products. Initial standard shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 14 working days.

Which e-liquid should I use in this pod?

Look at the coil resistance. Pods with coils of 1.0Ω or above suit nic salts and 10ml e-liquids; lower-resistance pods suit higher-VG liquids.

How do I fill and prime it?

Fill through the fill port, avoiding the centre tube, close it securely and wait around 5 minutes for the coil to soak before vaping.

How much liquid does it hold?

Up to 2ml, the UK limit for pods holding nicotine e-liquid. The exact capacity is shown in the description.

Can I mix types on the multi-buy?

Can I return opened pods?
