The Vaporesso GEN MAX Vape Kit is a powerful DTL (Direct-to-Lung) vape kit designed for users looking for high wattage, excellent flavour and customisable performance. Delivering up to 220W output, it combines Vaporesso’s AXON chipset, dual 18650 battery configuration, iTank T and GTi Mesh Coil technology.

Powerful 5–220W Output

The GEN MAX provides an adjustable 5–220W power range, giving users plenty of control over their vaping experience.

Its high maximum output makes it ideal for DTL vaping, particularly when paired with Vaporesso’s GTi Mesh Coil range.

Dual 18650 Batteries

The GEN MAX is powered by two removable 18650 batteries, providing the power required for its high-output performance.

Please Note: Batteries are not included.

AXON Chipset

Powered by Vaporesso’s advanced AXON chipset, the GEN MAX provides responsive performance and multiple vaping modes.

The default Pulse Mode is designed to maintain consistent power delivery throughout each puff for a smooth and flavourful experience.

Vaporesso iTank T

The kit comes equipped with the Vaporesso iTank T, featuring convenient top airflow and top filling.

The top-airflow design helps provide smooth airflow while the top-fill system makes everyday refilling straightforward.

COREX 2.0 Technology

Missing, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels

While the vast majority of our Royal Mail parcels arrive on time and intact, external courier disruptions can occasionally happen. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected window or arrives damaged:

Returns

At Vapeera (vapeera.co.uk), we comply fully with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and statutory consumer rights to provide a transparent, hassle-free returns process.

Unwanted Items & 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you change your mind about an order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to return your items, and an additional 14 days to send them back to us.

Eligibility Conditions
  • Items must be unused, unsealed, and in the exact condition in which they were received.
  • Hardware, vape kits, and mods must include all original packaging, leaflets, accessories, and outer sleeves (as serial numbers and security scratch codes are printed on them). We cannot accept returns without the complete packaging.
Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)

Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened e-liquids and nic salts
  • Opened pods, coils, or disposable cartridges
  • Vape kits or atomiser tanks that have been unsealed, filled with e-liquid, or powered on
  • Drip tips and mouthpieces
  • Nicotine pouches with broken seals

Faulty Goods & Warranty

  • Dead on Arrival / Faulty Disposables: Any faulty disposable device must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. You may be required to supply photo/video evidence or return the unit for testing.
  • Hardware & Vape Kits: All vaping hardware is covered by a minimum 30-day warranty against manufacturing faults (many manufacturer warranties extend beyond this period).
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, e-liquid leaks caused by improper maintenance, coil burnout, or misuse.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request Authorization: Email info@vapeera.co.uk or call/WhatsApp 07345819856 with your Order Number, Item Name, and Reason for Return.
  2. Returns Slip: Once approved, we will provide returns instructions. Please include a slip with your Name, Order Number, and Email Address inside the package so our warehouse team can identify your parcel.
  3. Packaging: Pack your items securely. Obtain Proof of Postage with a tracked courier service, as Vapeera cannot take responsibility for parcels lost or damaged during transit back to us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to place a new order on our website for the replacement product and follow the standard returns procedure for a refund on the unwanted, unopened item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If an item is verified as faulty or sent in error, Vapeera will cover or reimburse your return postage costs.
  • Unwanted Items: You are responsible for the cost of return postage for unwanted products. Initial standard shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 14 working days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your funds within 14 days, check your bank account or card issuer first (processing times can vary), then contact us at info@vapeera.co.uk.

How do I use this kit?

Charge the battery fully, fit a pod or fill as described in the product information, and inhale to vape. The manufacturer's instructions are included in the box.

How many puffs will I get?

The puff count is the manufacturer's estimate. Your actual total depends on how long and how often you draw.

Is this a disposable vape?

No. It's rechargeable and uses replaceable or refillable pods. Single-use disposables are banned in the UK.

Can I mix flavours on multi-buy?

Where "Buy more, save more" is shown, choose any mix of flavours of this product to reach 3, 5 or 10 items and the offer price is applied in your basket.

What if it's faulty?

Contact us by email or WhatsApp with your order number. For prefilled devices, please report faults within 72 hours of delivery.

Can I return it after use?

Used or powered-on kits can't be returned as unwanted. Unused, sealed kits can be returned within our returns period.
